SRP Staff Review:
MRA Quick Points Guide

Hey there, everyone! It’s Danielle, the managing editor over at Selene River Press, and for my product review today, I want to talk about the MRA Quick Points Guide. This is a chart made by Dr. Lowell Keppel and it’s perfect for any practitioner ready to master the complete clinical methodology known as the Keppel Method.

The Keppel Method consists of a three-part combination:

  1. The testing procedures of Muscle Response Analysis (MRA)
  2. Observational analysis
  3. Nutritional exam

Let’s take a closer look at this chart. It’s a four-page guide—front and back—and it also opens up to reveal two pages inside. What I love about it is that each section shows the muscle point you’re testing, along with observational signs to look for and nutritional protocols. There are also images of Dr. Keppel himself performing these muscle tests as an example. These pages are water-resistant, making the guide really easy to take with you on the go. Whether you’re attending a conference or working with a patient, it’s a convenient resource to have by your side.

However, it’s important to note that while this guide is a great resource, it doesn’t contain the full Keppel Method. If you’re not yet familiar with the method, or if you’re new to it, I highly encourage you to visit SeleneRiverPress.com and check out the Introduction to the Keppel Method Part 1 and Part 2 e-learning courses. These trainings are directly from Dr. Keppel and will teach you how to perform each part of the method correctly and safely.

Once you’ve taken those courses, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the Keppel Method, and you can begin incorporating Dr. Keppel’s other products—like this guide—as additional resources for mastery. Head over to SeleneRiverPress.com today to check out this guide along with other MRA products and various Dr. Keppel offerings.

Thanks so much! Bye!
