Learn all of the cooking techniques needed to cook nourishing, traditional food! Become a master of your kitchen! This training is based on the cookbook Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon, and teaches all of the “Hows” and the “Whys” of cooking a la Weston A. Price. This is Monica’s 12th year teaching WAP cooking courses, and her 6th year offering this program! If you would like a solid foundation in traditional cooking techniques, this four day intensive is for you!
Young and old, newbie and “old hand”, homemaker and trained chef, health coach and Nutritional Therapist… There is something for everyone!
Monica has taught hundreds of people how to cook nourishing, traditional food since 2006. Her desire is to train teachers of traditional food cooking according to the principles of Weston A. Price, DDS, Royal Lee, DDS, Francis M. Pottenger, MD and Mary G. Enig, PhD. Toward this end, she started the Cooking for Well-Being Teacher Training program in 2012.
