Raw milk is delicious and nutritious! Learn how to make it EVEN BETTER for you!

Lactose intolerant? You, too, can enjoy yogurt and kefir and sour cream with digestive ease.

Traditional peoples all over the world have cultured their milk in order to make easier to digest, and increase its nutrient content.

Calcium is necessary for every human body to thrive—growing children, pregnant and lactating women, aging seniors, menopausal women, athletes...everyone! Dairy that has been cultured is the most easily assimilated and utilized form of calcium. Throw out those calcium pills and learn how to make it yourself!

In this workshop, we will make and taste yogurt, kefir, sour cream, and creme fraiche.

Space is limited to the first 15 people! Register now!
