Dr. Keppel demonstrates various 1-3 minute tests you can do in your office to assess nutrition and adjustment needs.
This is a very simple and quick test that should be done on a regular basis in the office, about every month or two. The test shows what nutritional needs your patient has based on diet and stressors. When you find the zinc taste test active and you find a zinc reflex, you can muscle test or leg length test for a zinc product from Standard Process. There is Zinc Chelate™, this would be for severe zinc deficiency. Also, Chezyn® which is chelated Zinc, Copper and Iron.
Remember, these three minerals need to be in balance with each other. I recommend using Zinc Chelate short term until you normalize the Zinc taste test result, then use Chezyn or Trace Minerals-B12™ or Manganese B12™ to maintain. These products will have the balance of the minerals, zinc, copper and iron!
